With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doyle Ammons (Mars Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on September 23, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willard and Frances "Wilma" Metcalf Ammons. He is survived by: his wife Paula Metcalf Ammons; his sons, Dennis Ammons (Memory), Chris Ammons (Brandy) and Jonathan Ammons (Becky); and his grandchildren, Carrie, Dalton, Joseph, Bryce, Aydan, Jackson, Rylie Ammons, Samantha and Abby Crowder.
The family is requesting donations be made in Doyle's name, to The Lord's Harvest, 911 Bailey Street, Mars Hill, NC 28754, to assist in caring for hungry children.
