He is survived by: his spouse Sevelta Jean Cummins; his children, Gregory Kent Cummins of Key West, Florida and Nita Louise Gammon of Mars Hill, NC; and his brother Kenny Ray Cummins of Cassville, Missouri. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
