He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ramsey and Ida Kent Ramsey; and his brother Tommy. He is survived by: his wife Janice Ramsey; his stepsons, Bobby (Jenny) and Chris Norton (Beth); his grandchildren, Justin Norton, Tyler Norton, Mariah, Zackary, Maleigha, Ava and Mya; his children, Michael (Kim) and Jennifer; his granddaughter Mikayla; his sister Janis Clark; and his nieces, Denise Powell, Courtney Davis and Donna Ware.
