He is survived by: his mother Ceceila Marie Cody Cutshall; his wife Farrah Long Payne; his children, Zabrina Melrose (John), Derrick Payne and Danny Payne; his brother Ray Payne; and his grandchildren, Candis Parham (Matt), Carma Payne, Amy Robinson (Stephanie), Haven, Christian, Cody, Billy, Leshae Maltry, Brennan Anders and Britany Melrose. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
