He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Honeycutt and Macie Pack Honeycutt; his daughter Sherry Honeycutt; his grandson Robbie Allen; and his siblings, Clinton, Claude, Grady, Walter Honeycutt, Mae Rice and Faye Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Jerrie "Geraldine" Doan Honeycutt; his children, Becky Hamlin (Tommy), Charmin Revis (Jimmy), Carmen Garrison (Michael) and Benjamin "Benji" Honeycutt; and his siblings, John "Clay" Honeycutt (Genelle), Irene Aiken and Jane Edwards. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral and Cremation Service (7626 NC-213, Mars Hill, NC 28754). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at the Laurelton Chapel Church Cemetery.
