He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ramsey and Lillie Franklin Ramsey; his wife Edith Gosnell Ramsey; and his sister Dorothy L. Chandler (MV). He is survived by: his daughter Connie R. Chandler (Danny); his grandchildren, Felicia Clark (Jesse) and Aaron Chandler (Kassie); his great grandchildren, Landon, Rylan, Brantley and Paisley; his sister Linda R. Corn (Larry); his pet Casper; and his caregiver Paige. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his special.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral and Cremation Service (7626 NC-213, Mars Hill, NC 28754). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at the Bullman Family Cemetery.
