He is survived by: his children, Debora Doyle, Wesley Rice and Tony Rice (Catherine); his siblings, Clara Ball, Evelyn Meadows, Jeter and Jack Rice; his grandchildren, Talon, Kayden, Anthony and Harper Rice; and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Blake Rice.
