He was predeceased by: his parents, David Briscoe and Marjorie Ray Briscoe; and his siblings, Geraldine Baker, Juanita Chambers and Jerry Briscoe.

He is survived by: his children, Tina Alexander (Darrell), Billy Briscoe Jr. (Rodney L. Fuller) and Jason Briscoe (Heidi); his siblings, Virginia Kimborough, Eugene, Bobby and David Briscoe; his grandchildren, Niconda Garcia and Nina Briscoe; and his great grandchildren, Kasiah Cooper, Dominick and Christian Garcia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family has requested everyone attending wear a mask and follow COVID-19 social distancing guidelines during services.
