She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Capps and Emma Roberts Capps; her husband Grady Gahagan, Jr.; her son William Kilpatrick; her grandson Jerry; and her siblings, Anna Mae Coward, Christine Medford and Dewey "Bud" Capps.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Rice (Bill), Shirley Gahagan, Terry Gahagan (Christy) and Jerry Gahagan; and her grandchildren, Sharon, Karla, Jason, Rodney, Connor, Meryl and Nathan. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
