He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Clark and Lorine Autrey Clark; and his brother Joe Clark. He is survived by: his wife Janet Duncan Clark; his son Jason Daniel Clark (Tonya Smythers Clark); his granddaughters, Hannah Clark and Ashley Clark; and his siblings, Tom Clark (Mackelene) and Rebekah Thomas (Jan). He is also survived by his friends surviving are his church family.
