She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore "Ken" Loftis and Bonnie Wilson Loftis; and her children, Allen Buchanan and Lisa Buchanan. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Pat Buchanan; her grandchildren, Ashley Benfield (Travis), Tyler Buchanan (Ciara), Justin "Quinn" James, Josh James and Jordan James (Alysson); her great grandchildren, T. J., Wyatt, Alexis, Sophie, Cheyanna, Karli, Logan, Poppy, Luna, Greyson and Rowan; and her siblings, Kenneth Loftis of Marion and Barbara Roland (Dennis) of Valdese. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
