Michael Ray Rhodes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Ray Rhodes of Marion, North Carolina, born in Henderson, North Carolina, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lafayette Rhodes and Viola Taylor Rhodes; and his sister Debra Rhodes of Henderson County, NC.. He is survived by: his children, Michael Ray Rhodes Jr. (Tina) of Tryon, Thomas Rhodes (Daphne) of Union Mills, Gail Thompson of Hendersonville and Sheena Hensley (Matthew) of Old Fort; and his siblings, Peggy "Buffy" Tucker, Kathy Sherman (Gerry), David Rhodes (Marie) and Donald Rhodes (Arlene). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
