She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Augustus Padgett Sr. and Florine Josephine Harris Padgett; her husband James Ervin Allison; her daughter LuAnn Allison Ellis; her brother Ray Padgett Jr.; and her sister-in-law Marie Padgett.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Allison Cothron (David); her sister Gwen Grindstaff (Earl); her grandchildren, Allison Ellis Korir (Geoff), Lindsey Ellis, Jarrett Cothron and Hunter Cothron; her great grandchildren, Ellis and Leni Korir; and her son-in-law Kevin Ellis (Amy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary Lou "Mimi" Padgett Allison, who suffered through more than six years of declining health due to Alzheimer's, died Saturday, May 4, 2024.
