She is survived by: her son Eugene Cox (Jackie) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Dr. Emily Cox of Chapel Hill and Christopher Cox of Cary; her nephews, Brian Taylor (Regina) of Mt. Holly and Joey Taylor (Frances) of Bessemer City; and her cousins, Alma Bartlett and Paul Bartlett (Lynn) of Marion.
