She was predeceased by: her father Claude A. Helms; her stepmother Jerolene Helms; and her siblings, Angela Helms, Terry Helms and Lynn Helms.
She is survived by: her daughter Bonnietta Knott; her sister Debbie Burgin (Ronnie); her sister-in-law Sandra Helms; her aunt Dixie Helms Davis; her friends, Alice Farley, Richard Anderson and Oscar Creech; and her caregiver Janet Mabe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
