He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Roy" Williams and Sarah Mae Proctor Williams; his wife Ruth Barlowe Williams; and his son Craig Williams. He is survived by: his children, Chris Williams (Tanya), Darby Williams and Cliff Williams (Susan). He is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
