He is survived by: his children, John Proctor (Teresa) of Marion, Del Proctor (Sharon) of Marion, Mandy Proctor Crisp (Jody) of Nebo and James D. Proctor, III of Marion; his grandchildren, Nick Bailey, Jessica Ramsey (Nic), Taylor Wilson (Brent) and Alexe Morgan; his great grandchildren, Austin, Addison Ramsey and Rhyan Wilson; and his sister Jackie Eisenmann of Michigan.
