He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Revis and Hattie Tipton Revis of Sugar Hill; his sister Betty Revis Laney; and also Vernon Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Martha Sasser Revis; his son Christopher Revis (Stephanie); his stepdaughter Kathy Coggin (Greg); his grandchildren, Morgan Revis, Maddie Revis, Avery Vestal, John Vestal, Amanda Rose, Ashley Horne and Gregory Coggin II; his brothers, Jessie Revis Bartlett and Grady Revis (Debbie); and his nieces and nephews, Charles Bartlett (Jan), Annette Laney Gentry (Johnny), Michael Bartlett (Janet), Michelle Revis Pittman, Jeff Revis and Cheri Laney Belt.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beam Funeral Service & Crematory (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
