He is survived by: his wife Martha Sasser Revis; his son Christopher Revis (Stephanie); his stepdaughter Kathy Coggin (Greg); his grandchildren, Morgan Revis, Maddie Revis, Avery Vestal, John Vestal, Amanda Rose, Ashley Horne and Gregory Coggin II; his brothers, Jessie Revis Bartlett and Grady Revis (Debbie); and his nieces and nephews, Charles Bartlett (Jan), Annette Laney Gentry (Johnny), Michael Bartlett (Janet), Michelle Revis Pittman, Jeff Revis and Cheri Laney Belt.
