He was predeceased by: his parents, Larson Stamper and Ada Ashcraft Stamper; and his brothers, Earl Ashcraft, Harold Lee Stamper, Tracy Stamper and Larson Stamper, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Stamper; his son Christopher Stamper (Erin); and his sister Joyce Gernert. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
