She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Deaton; and her husband Christopher Grover. She is survived by: her father Eugene Deaton; her brother Dan Deaton of Marion; her daughter Leah Deaton of Austin; and her pet Cat Mikey. She is also survived by Four Grandchildren, several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Beam Funeral Service & Crematory (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
