He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Brown and Gertrude Goodwin Brown; and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his sisters, Dale Cranford (Spencer) and Vandalyn Barbee (Tom); his wife Jane; his children, Chuck Brown (Sue Reinecke) and Byrd Brown (Lou Lemmers); his grandchildren, Macs, Henry Brown, Mikey, Sam Watts, Will, Annabelle Esmond, Rosa and Sophie Fowler; his nephews, Reid Cranford (Cindy), Rick Cranford (Connie) and John Sineath (Debra); and his niece Brooke Baldwin (Ryan).
