He is survived by: his wife Hazel Wyatt McNeely; his children, Kelly Renee McNeely and Carl Jerry McNeely, Jr. (Summer Worley McNeely); his grandsons, Zane Arden Perkins (Tracie) and Samuel Lee McNeely (Jerry); his sister Kathy McNeely Armstrong; and his sister-in-law Evelyn McNeely (Lanny). He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Carepartners Hospice in Marion, NC or the Alzheimer's Association.
