She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Earl Monroe Duncan and Gladys Corinne Ellis Duncan; and her brothers, Jon and Mark Duncan. She is survived by: her daughter Alicia Burnette (Jeff); her grandchildren, Caleb Proctor, Kiersten Proctor, David Burnette, Dillon Burnette, Carter Burnette and Carson Burnette; her close friends, Trissy Christy, Judy Whitson, Karen Manick and Susan McGuinn; her uncle Wayne; and her aunt Patsy Ellis.
