He was predeceased by: his parents, Greely Howard and Joyce Wiggins Howard. He is survived by: his wife Ella Howard; his children, Vicki Olive (Brad), David Howard and Richard Howard (Ashley); his grandchildren, Sara Hardy, Christian Olive, Tori Olive, Lily Howard, Molly Howard and Serenity "Pickle" Howard; and his siblings, Ed Howard (Jan), Sheila Morris (Bobby) and Gladys Waldroup (Nathan).
