He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wilson Jr. Sarvis and Nellie Sledge Sarvis; and his daughters, Catherine Stroud and Bonnie Bevins. He is survived by: his daughter Tawana Birchfield (David) of Marble; and his grandchildren, Angela Dailey, David Radney, Michael Babcock, Tommy Fox and Kadie Birchfield. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
