He is survived by: his wife Laurie Davis Mintz; his children, Justin Mintz (Candace) of Nantahala, Shanna Mustin (Matt) of Andrews and Brittany Stiles (Michael) of Hiwassee Dam; his siblings, Steve Mintz (Joan) of Andrews and Karla Orton (Steve) of Ranger; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Addison, Myca, Mattie, Sadie, Isabella, Jackson, Ridge, Cora, Cole and Cadance.
