He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Mae Bartram; his stepfather Charles R. Bartram, Sr. of Dayton; and his grandmother Ethel Huff of Ohio. He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Woosley of Murphy, NC; his children, Melissa Taylor (Larry) of Massachusetts, Shaun Anderson of Oregon and Dawn Jessing of California; and his siblings, Charles R. Bartram, Jr. (Dawn) of Ohio, Donald J. Lewber of Ohio and H. Charlene Bruggeman (Dwight) of Ohio. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other close family members and friends.
