She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Wyke and Minnie Payne Wyke; her husband Charles Hancock; her daughter Brenda Dyer; and her siblings, Jack, Ben, Earl, Sam Wyke, Jolly Wyke, Pauline Wyke Hunecke, Lavada Wyke Hardin and Noretta Wyke Carswell.
She is survived by: her son Harold Hancock of Murphy; her grandchildren, Larry Barton of Marble, Susan Ledford (Tim) of Hayesville, Chuck Hancock of Hayesville and Wendy Rogers of Murphy; her great grandchildren, Logan, Jon Rickett, Laci, Luke Ledford, Meg, Ethan Barton, Sierrah, Savannah, Seth, Stormy and Bellah Hancock; and her great great grandchildren, Blakely and Olive Rickett.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Moss Cemetery (2698 Airport Rd, Marble, NC 28905).
