He was predeceased by: his parent Lavasta Rowland; and his son James Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rowland; his children, Donna Campbell and Jeffrey Rowland; and his grandchildren, Cynthia Rowland of Dawsonville, GA, Matthew, Josh, Dalton Danielson of Hayesville and Angela Rowland of Murphy. He is also survived by his 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home (138 Peachtree St, Murphy, NC 28906). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel (138 Peachtree St, Murphy, NC 28906).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be mad to the family to help cover funeral expenses.
