He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Johnson and Hattie Pauley Johnson; and his wife Janie Fink Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Karl Johnson (Kylene) and Sieglinde Allen; his grandchildren, Mary Allen, Katie Johnson and Kristian Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Jerry Lippard and Jalyn Lippard.
