He was predeceased by: his father Jack Driver; his son Scott Henderson Driver; and his sister Jackie D. Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Driver (Kaitlen Gryder) and Elisabeth Driver; his granddaughter Harper Driver; his sister Tammy D. Reavis (Larry); the mother of his children Dawn Macemore Driver; and his brother Lorne Temple. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
