He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burgan Edwards, Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth Graves Edwards; and his wife Theresa McGee Edwards. He is survived by: his children, William B. "Bill" Edwards III, Andrew "Andy" Edwards and Ellen Edwards (Joe Pieper); and his grandson Alexander "Alex" Pieper.
