He is survived by: his parents, Sandy Ross Bailey and Shelby Smith Bailey of Newton Falls, OH.; his wife Breynn Schuster Bailey; his children, Ciarra Jackson of Manteo, NC, Tyler Bailey of Manteo, NC and Lane Bailey of Manteo, NC; his brother Shelby "Skip" Bailey (Mindy); his niece Laci Bailey; and his nephew Kullen Bailey of South Carolina.
