She was predeceased by: her parent Leroy Martin Eggers. She is survived by: her parent Allie Williams Eggers; her husband Henry James Clupper; her children, Donna Hazzard of Hammondsville, OH, Dennis (Connie Clupper) of Manteo, NC. and James Clupper; her son-in-law Thomas Hazzard; her grandson Thomas James Hazzard; and her siblings, Nina Gutkin, Edith Batson, Helen Miller and Don Eggers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Dare County Home Health or Dare County Center Nutrition Services.
