He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Garrison; his brother Bob Garrison; and his nephews, Mike and Dalton Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Moore; his mother Marvalee E. Garrison of Ness City; his stepchildren, Eric Cothran (Tammy) of Pinebluff, AR, Emily Cothran of Pinebluff, AR and Crystal Jacobs of Ness City; his siblings, Monte Garrison (Tammy) of Great Bend, Tad Garrison of Ness City, Jason Garrison of Ness City and Lisa Dinkel (Sean) of Hays; his sister-in-law Denise Deboer of Hays; his stepgrandchildren, Regan, Nicholas, Jacob, Tamara and Tyler; and his nieces and nephews, Krista, Marissa, Kenlie, Dylan, Brayden and Blake.
