He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arnold Sr and Inez Tolson Sr. of Manteo, NC.; his wife Deborah; his children, Bull, Inez, Melinda, Rachael and Natalie; and his brothers, Bobby and Dean. He was also cherished by his six grandchildren, and one, great-grandchild as well as numerous friends.
