With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann B. Bell of Manteo, North Carolina, born in Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on November 26, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sidney and Willie May Blaney; her husband Roger Q. Bell; and her siblings, Kathryn Laube and John "Sonny" Blaney.

She is survived by: her children, Allyson Bristow (Glen) of Costa Rica and Greggory Bell (Katy) of Manteo; her grandchildren, Chris Bristow (Carrie), Monica Bristow (Brett) and Zachary Bristow; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Ruby, Hayden, Gavin and Peyton; her brother-in-law Quentin Bell (June) of Manteo; and her sisters, Sarah Collins (David) of Chester, SC and Mary Tassone of Winslow, AZ..

Anyone wishing to honor Ann's memory may do so through a donation to the Roanoke Island Presbyterian Church or The Elizabethan Gardens.
