She is survived by: her parent Minnie Taft Spruill of East Lake, NC; her children, Jewel Basnight Yates of Virginia Beach, VA, Sherri Basnight of Manteo, NC, Cassie Basnight of East Lake, NC, Lambert Basnight of Manteo, NC, Jamie Basnight of Hampton, VA and David Shane Basnight of Virginia Beach, VA; and her siblings, Marian Niser of Creswell, NC, Dianne Wilson of Gum Neck, NC and Tommy Spruill of Gum Neck, NC.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to East Lake Holiness Church.
