With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John B. Waugh (Manns Harbor, North Carolina), who passed away on July 3, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Blair Waugh and Nancee Waugh. He is survived by: his sister Laura Walters of Dublin; his niece Brett Walters of Shelby; and his nephews, Evan Walters (Abby Erdman) of Roanoke and Ethan Walters (Tabitha Harvey) of Dublin Virginia.
