It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Patrick Tobin of Manns Harbor, North Carolina, born in Berkeley, California, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Tobin and Marnelle L. Tobin. He is survived by: his wife Tammy T. Tobin of Manns Harbor; his siblings, Carole T. Smith (William), Janet Tobin of Hercules, California and William L. Tobin (Sherie); his father-in-law Melvin T. Twiddy, Jr. of Manns Harbor; his brother-in-law Melvin T. Twiddy, III (Harriett) of Charlotte; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Twiddy, Allison Twiddy, Megan Twiddy, David Combs (Alexandra), Brian Combs, Zack Smith, Matthew Smith, Patrick Tobin and Daniel Tobin (Allyson).
