He is survived by: his wife Denise Stewart Crouch of Maiden; his daughter Jennifer Crouch Elliott (Nash) of Estill, SC; his brother Casey Vincent Crouch (Tracy) of Cornelius, NC; his stepchildren, Nikki Dillard Crafton (Darin) of Maiden and Kevin Dillard (Heather) of Maiden; his grandchildren, Richard Hepburn Elliott, III (Hep), Carrington Blair Elliott of Estill, SC, Bailey Crafton and Maci Dillard of Maiden; and his pet Toby.
In honor of Scott being an organ donor, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Honor Bridge.
