He is survived by: his wife Ruby Shelton Foster; his children, Michael Foster (Renee), Lisa Frisbee (Danny), Tabitha Bagwell (Walt) and Julie Farr (Kevin); his siblings, Paul Foster, James Foster (Janice), Donald Foster (Retta) and Wanda Walsh; his grandchildren, Christopher Busse, Brandon Foster, Kaleigh Lovell, Chandler Frisbee (Nicole), Brooklyn Bagwell, Josh Bagwell (Savannah), Sydney Buchanan, Victoria Buchanan, Nathan Farr (Caitlin) and Caitlyn Farr; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Busse, Hailey Foster, Emily Foster, Zack Foster, Abel Farr, Addison Farr, Amelia Farr and Parker Frisbee.
