We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2024, at the age of 2, Paul Hunter Laney of Maiden, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Kevin L. Laney of Maiden; his grandfather Chad Kevin Laney; his great-grandparents, Paul, Lorriene Laney and Paulette Miller; and his great-great-grandparents, Christine, Chester Williams and David Ray Deese.

He is survived by: his mother Amanda L. Rowe of Maiden; his siblings, Bryson Shook of Lenoir and Skyla Lail of Lenoir; his grandparents, Kathy, Jimmy Lail of Catawba, William, Sarah Rowe of Maiden and Janet Bass Griffin of Lincolnton; his great-grandparent Loyd Miller of Maiden; and his great-great-grandparent Brenda K. Kiziah of Newton.

Memorials may be made to Levine Children's Hospital, 1000 Blythe Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28203.
