He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Miller Campbell; his sons, Lewis Campbell, Jr. (Renee) of Mooresville and Greg Campbell of Cornelius; his brother Paul F. Campbell, Jr. (Becky) of Conover; and his grandchildren, Clay Campbell (Angie), Cole Campbell and Bailey Campbell.
