She is survived by: her children, Emma Starnes, Ruth Kiziah (David), Hope Mullins (Randy), Virginia Anthony and Joseph Anthony; her brother Joe Dugger (Libby); and her grandchildren, Josh Starnes, Jordan Starnes, Jacob Starnes, Christopher Kiziah, Jeffrey Walker, Logan Mullins, Garrett Mullins, Allissa Reedy and Jada Pope. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
