He was predeceased by: his father Howard Franklin Goodson Sr.; and his father-in-law Charles Ray Burke. He is survived by: his mother Gay Wilson Goodson of Maiden; his wife Donna Burke Goodson; his children, April Lynn Goodson Rummage (Matt) of Catawba and Gregory Franklin "Greg" Goodson (Rachel) of Maiden; his grandchildren, Alli Rummage, Macy Rummage, Luke Rummage, Grant Rummage, Lane Goodson, Sadie-Jane Goodson and Hank Goodson; his brothers, Freddy Goodson (Robin) of Maiden and Clay Goodson (Crystal) of Maiden; his mother-in-law Carolyn Lowman Burke of Maiden; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Burke (Tina) of Maiden and Dwayne Burke (Donna) of Maiden. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
