Franklin McMurry Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin McMurry of Maiden, North Carolina, who passed away on April 3, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartley Jackson McMurry and Nellie McMurry; his siblings, Peggy McMurry Gates and Charles McMurry; and his sister-in-law Judy Little McMurry.
He is survived by: his daughter Sonya Singletary; his son-in-law Phillip Singletary of Conover; his grandchildren, Camden Singletary of Conover, Ty Singletary of Conover, Jasmine Singletary of Conover, Jayden Singletary of Conover and John Singletary of Conover; and his siblings, Jerry McMurry of Lincolnton, Bobby McMurry (Gaye) of Granite Falls and Becky Mull (Darrel) of Maiden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
