He is survived by: his sisters, Mabel Goodson of Maiden and Bessie Abernathy of Maiden. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery (5045 E Maiden Rd, Maiden, NC 28650).
