It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Bryan Nicholson of Maiden, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bryan Nicholson and Blanche Ledford Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Nicholson; his children, Shay Nicholson of Denver, Shannon Nicholson (Kelly) of Newton, Cody Nicholson of Newton and Donna Rose (Jimmy) of Maiden; his sisters, Carolyn Nicholson and Lillian Nicholson; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Charlie, Mackenzie, Peyton, Jacob, Jackson and Ava.
