She was predeceased by: her parents, Linus Ray and Maggie Gooch Ray; her husband Leonard Phillip Baucom, Sr.; and her son David Eugene Baucom. She is survived by: her children, Leonard Phillip Baucom, Jr. of Benson, Ken Baucom Lucido of Florida, Christopher Dale Baucom of Benson, Carol Baucom Parrish of Smithfield and Bonnie Sue Martin of Benson; and her siblings, James Linus Ray, Jr. of Knightdale and Frances Manshack of Fuquay Varina.

Flowers are welcomed, however, memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
